" I went to see Aimée as I'd developed a long term shoulder injury.
After going down the usual routes of trying to see massage therapists and physios with still no success, I thought somehow the injury might be due to internal stress issues rather than my own training… Now I can't pretend to even understand what Aimée does or how. But I can say that 1. She made the injury dissipate 2. She made me feel lighter (happier?) than I'd felt in years 3.
