I am based in New Zealand and work with women from NZ, Australia and other parts of the world.

I find very common themes in working with women... often they are feeling incredibly stretched and under-resourced. Many women are stuck in the 'busyness'.... taking care of everyone else's needs and neglecting to allow the much needed time for themselves. 

 

In my practice I come along side women helping them to realign and reconnect with what is most important... resourcing... encouraging... and equipping women to live their best life in every area!
